LotteryIQ™ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice ("Takedown Notice") to our designated agent at:

2. Required Information
To be effective under the DMCA, your Takedown Notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other location sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the right being infringed.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@mylotteryIQ.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which LotteryIQ may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages.
