Lottery games are games of chance. LotteryIQ does not predict winning numbers and does not guarantee any winnings. All predictions, insights, and analyses are statistical in nature and provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law, including local lottery and gambling regulations.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services.
- Misrepresent winnings or impersonate others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Services are owned by LotteryIQ or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTTERYIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOTTERY-RELATED LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that creates risk for us or other users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
